Eddy Bazin Sunday

Eddy Bazin, missinary in Haiti, will be here for our morning service on July 9.  Our church has supported Eddy for many years, so please come and hear about his work and his message.

Springfield Cardinals Game

We will be taking the church bus and going to another Springfield Cardinals game on August 4. The cost is $13 for each ticket, payable to Jr. Adamson by July 23.  The bus will leave at 4:00 p.m.  Please sign the list in the foyer if you plan to go.

New College-Age Class

Brian Foster has begun a new Sunday school class for young people of college age. They will be using "The Climb of Your Life", by Mark Atteberry, as a basis for their study.  All college students, recent high school graduates and anyone of college age are invited to and encouraged to attend.

Volunteers Needed

We are in desperate need of a few people to help Bill Voiles by riding the church van on Wednesday nights when he picks up the children who attend.  Volunteers need to be here by around 4:30 to go with Bill. He need help with watching the children on the bus. Please contact the office or see Bill Voiles if you can help, and thanks in advance for your assistance.

Wednesday Night Service and Meals

Meals will resume on September 6.








Wednesday Night Classes

  The adult class which meets in the large front classroom is studying First Corinthians. The men's class is studying Ray Van Der Laan's "That the World May Know".  Amanda Boberg will begin a new study soon called "Respectable Sins".  Roy Peterson's class is studying the Gospel of Luke in the library. There are also children's classes for all ages.

Youth News:


This year, the youth will attend the National Youth Roundup (NYR) in Sedalia, Colorado, instead of going to CIY (Christ in Youth), The roundup is July 23-27.  The youth who are going to NYR will be taking cash or food donations. A list of needed food items is posted in the church lobby, along with a donation box in which to place food items.  Please see Dustin or Ashley Moss for further information.

2017 camp dates for Gasconade Christian Service Camp:

Junior week: June 25-29 (noon dismissal)

First Chance: June 29, beginning at noon (overnight camp)

Intermediate week: July 9-14

Senior High week: July 16-22

Fall retreat: October 6-8
